Assembly and production

2MG plus s.r.o. carries out mainly assemblies of new steel structures, mostly new industrial buildings, but also civil engineering constructions. In such cases, it is mainly assembly of prefabricated components including surface treatment, which have been made in the workshop.

We also do adaptations of existing structures, mostly reconstructions in connection with a change of technology or increase of the production capacity. After steel structure adaptations, there follows assembly and installation of machinery and technological systems or individual machines and equipment.

The assembly and installation is mostly provided on a “turnkey” basis, including a horizontal and vertical transfer of material. In this activity, we co-operate with specialists in the particular field, such as oversize cargo forwarders, companies with cranes and, last but not least, also with a designer office.
Our company has experience with disassembly of technological lines and individual machines for return assembly, including trial runs and servicing.

Assembly of steel structures may also be done according to our own projects, including static calculations.
An integral part of the assembly activity is the assembly and installation of pipeline systems from DN 15 to DN 1500 made of carbon steel as well as stainless steel, assembly and installation of locksmith elements for building industry.

Our company engages in the production of machines and technology based on our own as well as foreign projects. The smaller parts are produced by our staff, the production of larger parts is provided by our contracting partners.
